Please provide your first and last name, date of birth, medication, or specialist for the referral.
Only prescriptions for medications for patients who are covered by statutory health insurance will be issued as e-prescriptions.
This means that you can order repeat medications by phone, email, or at the practice. You can then pick them up at the pharmacy one working day later upon presentation of your health insurance card.
Please note that at the start of each new quarter, you must present your card at the practice before picking up your prescription.
